Add spaces between paragraphs

Online type can move around depending on the browser and the computer through which your readers view it. You may have taken great care to indent each paragraph before you posted, but even substantial indents may show up only as tiny zags of text when posted, or not show up at all.

Make it easy on your readers' eyes—and also help them to keep track of their location in your text (especially if they are reading you on a PDA or cellphone)—by adding the extra space.

  1. Can you please tell me how to add the spaces? I copy my posts from Word and paste them in the editor, but none of the spaces are showing up.
    Thanks.

  2. Sorry for the delay in posting and responding to this. I've been away on a fabulous holiday.

What I do is to put two "carriage" returns between my paragraphs in Word, and then cut and paste. I hope that works for you. Otherwise you could add the spaces manually on-line after you've posted it, although that's a bit of a pain.
